Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT 15Kg is a universal, high temperature, solvent free flooring adhesive suitable for installing a wide variety of floor coverings to a wide variety of substrates. Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT has been specially developed to provide excellent adhesion properties, with a high shear strength and a hard set once cured. Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT is a high temperature adhesive, making it ideal for use onto substrates that have underfloor heating installed; it is also suitable for installations that may be subject to direct sunlight such as orangeries, conservatories and any other glass-fronted buildings.
Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT 15Kg is a wet set adhesive, and can receive floor coverings within the products working time of approximately 40 minutes dependent on site conditions. Developed to offer superb adhesion qualities and strength for all types of floor covering such as LVT, PVC, Sheet Vinyl, PVC Backed Carpet.Tilemaster Eco-3000 HT is suitable for use onto substrates such as concrete, sand / cement and calcium sulphate screeds that have been smoothed with a suitable smoothing compound and timber substrates overlaid with flooring grade plywood.
Substrates should be constructed and prepared to British Standard BS8203 guidelines. The temperature of the underfloor heating system should be lowered to a maximum of 15° C before, during and up to 3 days after installation.
When turning the temperature of the underfloor heating system up, this must be done gradually at no more than 2°C per day.Before starting, all substratesmust be clean, dry and of sound construction. Remove all dust, dirt, oil, grease and any other contaminants that may affect adhesion.
