Ardex P4 – Ready Mixed Rapid Drying Multi-Purpose Primer

Ardex P4 – Ready Mixed Rapid Drying Multi-Purpose Primer  is a ready mixed, rapid drying, multi-purpose, drip free solvent free primer.  P4 Primer can be used on internal and external walls, ceilings and floors. The consistency of ARDEX P 4 Primer has been optimised so that dripping and splashes are virtually eliminated. For use prior to the installation of ARDEX tile adhesives and floor-levelling compounds. ARDEX P 4 Primer produces a textured grip which facilitates tile on tile application, eliminating the risk of adhesives slipping when being applied to smooth surfaces.

Ardex P4 – Ready Mixed Uses

It is the ideal primer for use in areas which may become damp or wet such as kitchens bathrooms and porches, etc. If a damp proof membrane is required consult the ARDEX DPM 1 C datasheet. ARDEX P 4 Primer is suitable for use on substrates such as:
• Concrete
• Cement and lime renders
• Sand/cement screeds
• Ceramic Tiles and slabs
• Terrazzo
• Dispersion based paints
• Traces of non-water soluble, flooring
adhesives
• Dry screeds
• Levelling and smoothing compounds
• Ardex Damp Proof Membranes
